PressMix Ledger is designed to work without an account or required backend.

Data stored on your device

Ingredients, formulas, immutable versions, batch weights, jobs, costs, swatch references, container inventory and events are stored in the app sandbox. You choose when to export.

Camera, photos, QR and files

These permissions are used only for operator-initiated swatch capture, internal label scanning, backup or export. Denying access does not delete existing records.

App data and third-party diagnostics

PressMix Ledger has no advertising, account system, product analytics service, location tracking, proprietary formula library or manufacturer API. App Factory Labs does not receive your ledger, formulas or swatch photos unless you choose to send them. We do not sell data.

On Android, barcode scanning uses Google ML Kit. Its SDK collects device and app information, installation identifiers, performance measurements, configuration and event/error information for diagnostics and usage analytics. Google documents HTTPS transport for this information. See Google ML Kit data disclosure for details. This diagnostic information is separate from your shop ledger and on-device barcode image processing. The iOS scanner uses Apple framework APIs instead of ML Kit.

Purchases

The app is prepared as a paid download. The store processes the initial purchase under its own privacy terms; the app includes no in-app purchase SDK.

Website and support

This website is hosted by Netlify, which may process standard request information such as IP address, browser details, and security logs. If you submit the support form, Netlify processes the name, email address, and message you provide so App Factory Labs can respond. Do not send proprietary formulas, customer details or safety documents.

Deletion

PressMix Ledger preserves immutable record history and does not offer individual history deletion. Uninstall PressMix Ledger to remove app-sandboxed data, subject to platform backup settings you control. Files you previously exported remain under the control of the destination you selected. Use the support form to request deletion of a support submission.
